Purchase Gas Adjustment: PGA
The PGA component covers the difference in cost between actual market price today and the average market cost of natural gas in 2006. The average base gas cost rate in 2006 was $.920 per 100 cubic feet. The PGA changes monthly and can increase or decrease your rate. Please find this month's PGA on your current bill.
