WGS-200 APPLICATION FOR
WATER, SEWAGE AND GAS.

There are two pages and all applicants must fill out and sign the 1st page. On the 2nd page, residential customers need only fill out & sign the highlighted section. Call ComfortSystems at 730-4050 regarding any security deposit that may be required.
The application along with a copy of your government issued ID card** may be provided to us using the following methods:

Deposit Requirements
Security deposits are required if credit history is unavailable and are calculated by taking one-sixth of the cost of the past 12 months of all utility services.

Minimum security deposits:
- natural gas heat $240.00
- gas water heater $100.00
- gas range $35.00 (additional appliance $60.00)
- New construction is $350.00
-Total deposit amount will be determined by summing the individual utility deposit of each service to be provided.

Easy Pay
With Easy Pay, you won't have to write a check, use a stamp, seal an envelope, or worry about the due dates for your ComfortSystems utility bill and home energy loan payment ever again! Your monthly payment is withdrawn directly from your bank account on the date it is due. This free service saves you time and the cost of checks and stamps as well.

You will receive your monthly utility bill as usual; however, Easy Pay takes care of the payment by making an automatic transfer from your bank account to our payment center. Your monthly bank statement will also indicate the amount and date of the withdrawal.

Disconnect
To avoid paying for services after you move out of your property, please contact us to set up an appointment. You must call us at least 2 weeks in advance for services to be properly shut off within a particular time frame. In addition, when moving to a new location, call ComfortSystems at 730-4050 to prevent interruption in service. During your appointment, ComfortSystems will use the final meter reading to determine your final bill.
