To prevent interruption in utility services when you move, follow these steps, then contact ComfortSystems at 730-4050

Complete a service application. Obtain a credit reference letter from previous utility or fuel provider. Remember, you can start the application process at any time. The process can even be started before you move into your home.

Complete a utility credit application. Approved co-signers are a valid substitute for credit history. Security deposits are required if credit history is unavailable and are calculated according to one-sixth of the past 12 months of all utility services. Minimum security deposits: natural gas heat $240.00, gas water heater $100.00, and gas range $35.00 (additional appliance $60.00), new construction is $350.00. Each service that applies will be summed for total deposit amount. Please contact ComfortSystems for exact security deposit information.
