Inflow & Infiltration Reduction Program
:
Clear water doesn't sound like a problem, but when it drains into the sewer system it is. It can fill up sewer lines and cause overflows of sewage into city streets, creeks, rivers, and even Lake Superior during rain storms and snowmelt.

Therein lies the problem.

Comfort Policy
:
Here's an inexpensive way to maintain your natural gas furnace or boiler and save some money too!

When the warranty runs out on your furnace, who do you turn to for service? Try ComfortSystems. Our Comfort Policy is an inexpensive extended service warranty for the natural gas furnace* or boiler* in your home. Every year your heating unit receives the attention of a qualified service technician to keep it in top running condition, and most parts and labor are covered by the policy at no additional cost!
When you enroll in the program a qualified service technician will inspect your furnace and/or boiler as the manufacturer recommends. They can often detect potential malfunctions and replace worn parts before they create problems. Plus, to save you money, most parts and labor are covered by your policy.

Sign up for the ComfortSystems' Comfort Policy.  What are you waiting for? Give us a call at 730-4050 to enroll. You can't afford to pass up quality service at such a low price. Call and we'll send you a brochure describing the terms, conditions, and what is covered by the Comfort Policy.

Experts recommend regular checkups for furnaces because they can prevent breakdowns which may result in costly repair bills. The experienced service technicians from ComfortSystems can detect potential problems and replace worn parts before they have a chance to create problems.

First-time Comfort Policy applicants must call for a qualifying furnace inspection to ensure that the furnace is in reasonable condition and that it is no longer under warranty. That visit will include a brief inspection of the furnace and an explanation of the covered parts and services.

Once you are enrolled in the Comfort Policy a preventative inspection, including a cleaning when needed, will be scheduled during the contract year to complete your service.

If your furnace stops working, call 730-4050 or 730-4100 and be sure to mention that you are a Comfort Policy holder. When the technician comes to your home, most parts and labor cost nothing extra — they’re covered by the Comfort Policy!

The Comfort Policy makes regular checkups very easy to afford. For as low as $99 per year, your furnace checkup and most labor and parts are covered for free!

Natural Gas Comfort Policy Annual Costs
Residential gas furnace with pilot $119
Residential gas furnace with basic electronic ignition $128
Call ComfortSystems at 730-4050 to sign up.

* Note:  Some boilers and furnaces over 20 years old may not be covered under the Comfort Policy because replacement parts are not readily available.  The program is limited to boilers and furnaces with a maximum Btu per hour input of 250,000 or less.  Furnaces and boilers not accepted for coverage under the Comfort Policy include:
