ComfortSystems has expanded the options in our home energy conservation program.  There are now two ways to get energy savings and conservation advice.  And, no matter which program you choose, ComfortSystems can help make energy efficient home improvements more affordable through our Home Energy Conservation Loan Program (HELP).

Our ADVANCED HOME ENERGY AUDIT PROGRAM (AHEAP)

AHEAP gives you a more in-depth analysis of your energy use and usage patterns.  Advanced diagnostic equipment and processes will give you a comprehensive energy report with detailed, prioritized recommendations for improvements to help you achieve energy savings and reduce demand for natural gas.

The AHEAP audit and report will give you:

To encourage participation in AHEAP, ComfortSystems will reimburse customers $200 of the cost of an AHEAP audit and Minnesota Power will reimburse customers $100 toward the cost of the audit if your home uses natural gas from ComfortSystems.  To qualify for the Minnesota Power portion of the rebate, you must complete the Your Home Energy Report (YHER) on the Minnesota Power website prior to your audit.

Go to www.mnpower.com/powerofone/one_home/energy_saving_tools/home_energy_audit_bd.htm

The AHEAP energy report will help you qualify for our low-interest Home Energy Loan Program (HELP), as well as possible energy conservation and efficiency rebates of up to $3150 from the Duluth Energy Efficiency Program (DEEP).

To qualify for DEEP rebates you must complete a DEEP workshop online or in your community.  Please visit www.duluthenergy.org for more information or call 218-336-1038.

Schedule your AHEAP inspection by calling a participating contractor from the list below.  The participating contractor will explain how the program works, negotiate a price for the audit on your single family residence, and schedule the audit with you.  Audit prices for the Advanced Home Energy Audit can vary due to the size of your home, the expertise of the audit contractor, and the availability of the auditor to do the work.  ComfortSystems advises customers  to contact a few of the contractors on the list to learn about the services they will provide to you, the cost, and when they could schedule an audit of your home.

To schedule your Advanced Home Energy Audit call one of the participating contractors from the list below:
