To prevent interruption in utility services when you move to a new location follow these steps, then call ComfortSystems at 730-4050. To avoid paying for services after you move out of your property, please contact us to set up an appointment.

Complete service application. Obtain a credit reference letter from previous utility or fuel provider. Remember, you can start the application process at any time. The process should be started well before you move into your home.

• Complete utility credit application.
• Approved co-signers are a valid substitute for credit history.
• Security deposits are required if credit history is unavailable and are calculated according to one-sixth of the past 12 months of all utility services.
• Minimum security deposits:
  - natural gas heat $240.00
  - gas water heater $100.00
  - gas range $35.00 (additional appliance $60.00)
  - New construction is $350.00
  - Each service that applies will be summed for total deposit amount
